Currency
The Currency option in Settings → Preferences sets the currency Cruise Buddy uses to show money throughout the app — cruise prices, the Balance tab, onboard credit and the Spend tab.

Choosing a currency
Tap Currency in Settings and pick from the supported list:

The change applies immediately — every amount in the app re-displays in the new currency, no restart needed.
How amounts convert
Each amount you record keeps the currency it was entered in. When you switch the app currency, Cruise Buddy converts stored amounts to the new currency for display using built-in approximate exchange rates.
These rates are bundled for convenience and are not live, so converted figures are an estimate rather than an exact, up-to-the-minute total. For onboard-account balances and final payments, treat the cruise line's own statement as the source of truth.
