Itinerary Tab

The Itinerary tab lists every day of your cruise in date order — port stops first, sea days mixed in. Each row is a tap target that opens the dedicated Itinerary Day screen.

Day rows

Each day shows:

• The date in short form.
• A type icon — anchor for a port stop, ship icon for a sea day.
• The port name and country (port stops only).
• Arrival and Departure times, when entered.
• A short preview of any note you've added to the day.

Adding a day

Tap the floating + button to add a new day. You'll be asked to choose:

• Sea day — just a date, with optional notes.
• Port stop — date, port, country, optional times and notes.

For port stops you can also enter coordinates manually or let Cruise Buddy geocode the location to a latitude/longitude — used by the Map and the Place History screen.

Editing or removing a day

• Tap a day to open it, then use Edit in its app bar.
• Long-press a day on the Itinerary tab to reveal a quick menu with Edit and Delete.

Deleting an itinerary day

Deleting a day removes its excursions, day-level documents and reminders too. The cruise-level packing list, to-dos and notes are unaffected.

Importing an itinerary

If your cruise is with P&O Cruises and you entered a cruise reference when you created the cruise, you can pull the itinerary directly from pocruises.com rather than typing it in by hand. Use the import button on the Itinerary step of the Add Cruise wizard — Cruise Buddy will fetch the published itinerary and pre-fill the days.

If you've already added some days manually, Cruise Buddy will ask whether to replace them or keep what you have.

What "Sea day" means

A sea day is a day at sea between port calls. On the Itinerary Day screen sea days hide the Excursions tab, but they still get a forecast on the Conditions tab if Cruise Buddy can place the ship's track between the surrounding port calls.
