Itinerary ​

The Itinerary lists every day of your cruise in date order, port days and sea days together.

Route map ​

When your ports have map positions, a route overview map at the top joins them in order. Hover over or focus a port marker to see its name.

Day rows ​

Each day shows its date, the port and country (or At sea), arrival and departure times, and how many excursions are booked. Expand a day to see:

  • Its excursions, with Add excursion.
  • Show forecast — the day's weather and sea conditions.
  • Edit and Delete.
  • Open, for the day's own Itinerary Day screen with its map, documents, reminders and notes.

Adding a day ​

Tap Add day and fill in:

  • Date and Kind of day — In port or At sea. A sea day needs no port name.
  • Port — suggested from Cruise Buddy's port catalogue as you type. Choosing a published port fills in its country and map position, which the forecast, the maps and Places use.
  • Country, Arrives and Departs.
  • Latitude and Longitude, for a port that isn't in the catalogue.
  • Notes.

Editing or removing a day ​

Expand the day and choose Edit or Delete. Deleting asks you to confirm, and removes the day's excursions and other details too.

Undo

After deleting, an Undo option appears. It works until the deletion has synced to your account.

Importing a P&O Cruises itinerary ​

If the cruise is with P&O Cruises, the Itinerary step of Add a cruise can fetch the published itinerary from your cruise reference and fill in the days for you.

Sea days ​

A sea day is a day at sea between port calls. Its Itinerary Day screen still has documents, reminders and notes, and you can add excursions if you've booked something on board.
