Flight Status
Cruise Buddy Plus
Flights are part of Cruise Buddy Plus. Flight details you have already entered stay visible without it. Adding and editing flights, and the live status lookups, are the parts that need Plus.
For a fly cruise, Cruise Buddy can look up the live status of each flight — whether it's on time, delayed, boarding or landed, and the gate once it's known.

Where to find it
Open the cruise's Travel section. A Live flight status panel lists every flight that has both a flight number and a departure date. Add those to a flight and it appears there.
Checking a flight
Tap Check beside a flight. Cruise Buddy shows:
- The status — for example scheduled, on time, delayed, boarding, departed, landed or cancelled.
- The gate, once the airport has published it.
- The delay in minutes, when the flight is running late.
Status is looked up when you ask for it rather than continuously, so tap Check again for the latest. If the status service can't find anything for your flight yet — often the case more than a day or two before departure — you'll see Status unavailable. Try again closer to the time.
Privacy
To look up a flight, Cruise Buddy sends only the flight number and dates to its own server, which fetches the status on your behalf. No cruise, account or device details are sent to the flight-data provider.
