Excursions ​

Excursions are what you've booked for a day — ship's tours, independent guides, a taxi and a walking plan, or something on board on a sea day.

Where to find them ​

  • On the cruise's Itinerary: each day shows how many excursions are booked. Expand it to see them and Add excursion.
  • On the Itinerary Day screen, in the Excursions section.

Adding an excursion ​

Tap Add excursion and fill in:

  • Excursion — what you're doing, e.g. "Geirangerfjord coach tour". Required.
  • Booked with — the ship, a tour company or a private guide.
  • Cost.
  • Starts and Ends — local times.
  • Meeting point.
  • Booking reference.
  • Notes — dress code, what to bring, anything else.

Each excursion has Edit and Delete. Deleting can be undone until it has synced.

Excursion documents ​

On the Itinerary Day screen, each excursion has its own documents — the voucher or ticket for that tour. Tap Add excursion document. Documents are part of Cruise Buddy Plus.

Reminders ​

For a notification before an early start, add a reminder on the same day.

Sharing ​

Excursions are included in a traveller link, but not a follower link.
