Daily Tips

The Dashboard shows a single cruise tip at the top, refreshed once per day. The Daily tips toggle in Settings turns this card on or off.

What the tips cover

Tips are bundled with the app and grouped by category — packing, pre-cruise prep, port etiquette, onboard tips, fly-cruise specifics, and more. Cruise Buddy picks one each day based on the date so the same tip won't reappear two days running.

Turning it off

Toggle Daily tips off in Settings. The tip card disappears from the Dashboard immediately.

Seeing more tips

There's no "next tip" button — only the daily one. If you'd like a tips browser, send us a feature request.

Where they come from

Tips are bundled inside the app, so they don't need a network connection. They're written and curated by the Owl Media team and the Cruise Buddy community. If you have a tip you'd like to share, send it in — we'll consider it for the next release.
