Cruise Buddy Plus

Travel is part of Cruise Buddy Plus. Flights, hotels, parking and car hire you have already saved stay visible without it; what needs Plus is adding or editing them.

Travel is for everything that gets you to and from the ship. It shows five short lists on one screen, each soonest first:

• Flights
• Hotels
• Parking
• Car hire
• Anything else — transfers, lounge passes, train tickets and so on.

Each list has its own Add button, and every entry has Edit and Delete. Deleting can be undone until it has synced.

Flights

• Airline and Flight number.
• From and To airports — for example LGW and MLA.
• Departs and Arrives.
• Terminal and Booking reference.
• Passengers — how many, and their names. Tick the people from this cruise who are on the flight.
• Notes.

Flights with a flight number and departure date also appear in the Live flight status panel. See Flight Status.

Hotels

• Hotel, and who it's booked with (e.g. Booking.com).
• Check in, Check out and Nights.
• Address, Phone and Email.
• Booking reference and Notes.

Parking

• Car park and Where.
• Drop off and Pick up.
• Vehicle Registration.
• Booking reference and Notes.

Car hire

• Hire company and Vehicle.
• Pick up from and Drop off at, with the Pick up and Drop off dates.
• Driver — pick someone from this cruise.
• Booking reference and Notes.

Anything else

For anything that doesn't fit the other lists: What, Kind, who it's booked with, When, Where, Booking reference and Notes.

On the Overview

The earliest flight, hotel, parking and car hire each appear in Getting there on the cruise Overview, with a Directions link where there's an address.

Reminders

For a notification before a flight, drop-off or check-in, add a reminder on the cruise's To-do section or on the relevant itinerary day.

Documents for a booking

To attach an e-ticket or confirmation to a specific booking, share it into Cruise Buddy and choose the booking as its destination.
